Bryan helped at the 11th hour on the day of my wife’s birthday. I had ordered flowers to be delivered from another vendor but due to stock shortage they were unable to fulfill the delivery. I placed my order late in the afternoon with a comment explaining the situation, fully expecting the flowers to come a day late. Brian called me directly within 15 minutes of the order being placed and said he could still get them delivered if I was interested (I was thrilled). Not only were the flowers beautiful, but my wife got them on her birthday.
